What a fantastic past two weeks it has been for MIP and the Factory Race team. With so many races out there to attend it’s hard to decide! So Team MIP opted to hit up both the JConcepts Winter Nationals series race at Smactrac Raceway in St. Charles Missouri, and the World Famous MOTORAMA Motorsports event held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

At the JC Nationals event, MIP’s Team Manager and Factory Driver Matt Olson and Team Member Alec Walters took the TQ, Win, and third, respectively, with 2012 JC National Series Winner Matt successfully defending his title! The 2nd place finisher also had an MIP Pro4mance package so that made it a 1,2,3 smack down for MIP Pro4mance Packages in the Pro4 Expert class! Along with those podium victories MIP's youngest Team Member Mason Fuller decimated his competition in the Stock Stadium Truck class and took a well deserved 2nd in the Stock SC class with his MIP/Kyosho truck. In the stock buggy division MIP’s Team Driver Devin McGee and Reedy Jr. Champ Daimon Borkowicz took down the competition with a 1st and 2nd place finish. Throughout the other classes MIP had good finishes from Factory Fast Steven Hartson in the Pro2 SC Class with a 2nd, a 3rd in Mod 4x4 Buggy, and a 4th in Mod Buggy! Overall it was a fantastic and prosperous mission for success!

The MIP Factory team of Eustace Moore and Matt Olson headed out the weekend following the JConcepts Nationals to hit Motorama’s Electric Championships. Again they reported great news of TQ’s and Wins coming from the Pro4, Mod 2wd Buggy, Stock SCT, and Stock SCB classes! In the Pro4 division, MIP’s Team Manager Matt Olson took the TQ/Win reporting that he had the fastest lap times all weekend long and also, that he was able to test his skills and the pro4mance of his vehicle up against Losi’s new 2.0 which ended up coming in second. In the Mod 2wd Buggy class, Steven Hartson from Team Associated crushed his opponents with a TQ and flawless run in the main which would earn him the #1 position. In the Stock SCT Class, Landen Lewis took the overall TQ and Win. And rounding up the wins for MIP was Dave Duncan from JConcepts who came home with the TQ and Win in the Stock SCB class. Beyond those fantastic results, MIP Team Drivers across almost every class had Top Ten finishes! Matt ended up 2nd in Mod SCT, Steven came home with a 3rd in 4x4 buggy, Russell/Toddy from RC Excitement came in 3rd for Intermediate Mod 4x4 SCT, and Expert Mod 2wd SCT respectively; also Landen Lewis came in 2nd in SCB as well as 6th in stock truck, and to round out the team drivers the Owner of MIP himself Eustace Moore was able to bump up into the A-Main is Stock SCT and come out with a top 5 finish! Matt Olson remarked, "Old man still has it! And with an outlandish turnout of 700+ entries and over 40+ entries in each of the classes, MIP’s results show once again that we mean business and our products are made by racers for racers!"
