ST Racing Concepts Slash 4x4 LCG Racing Chassis Conversion Kit

Latest from STRC:

The LCG Racing Chassis Conversion kit from ST Racing Concepts is official and available right now directly through our website at www.teamstrc.com. This LCG is like non-other on the market. Constructed of the highest quality graphite and aluminum, we held nothing back in designing this LCG kit with the aim to compete against the other 4x4 short course trucks currently on the market. This LCG chassis kit lowers the battery, motor, and all the electronics of the Slash 4x4 allowing the truck to be more agile and responsive in handling. This LCG conversion kit will drastically improve both high speed and low speed cornering of the Slash 4x4, its sleek design keeps the weight of the truck light (right around 6 lbs), which helps the truck jump with a better mid-air attitude and go through the rough/bumps better as well. This LCG conversion kit features:
  • CNC Machined Hard anodized HD front bulkhead
  • CNC Machined Hard anodized 4mm aluminum lower chassis.
  • 2.5mm Graphite Upper Deck (holes pre-drilled for stock receiver box)
  • CNC Machined aluminum motor mount and motor cam (motor cam allows for maintenance on the motor without losing gear mesh)
  • CNC Machined aluminum rear suspension mount (x2)
  • CNC Machined aluminum battery brackets and center block
  • Graphite battery hold down strap
  • CNC Machined aluminum chassis posts, steering posts, and spacers
  • CNC Machined aluminum front sway bar mount (x2)
  • CNC Machined aluminum light weight servo mount
  • All hex drive hardware included
  • Designed with racing in mind for 550 motor and 2S lipo (3S compatible (certain plug type might need modifications))
  • Available in Blue or Black anodizing (with hard anodized lower chassis and front bulkhead) and very limited quantity in Orange, Green, Silver and Red
  • Best part of all: insanely low manufacture direct to customer pricing of $99.99

For this Christmas and the upcoming race season, there’s no need to buy a new race truck, give that Slash 4x4 a second chance with our LCG racing chassis conversion kit and watch it compete head to head against all the other race trucks out there. Available only through our website directly: www.teamstrc.com

Sweet; we've now come full circle. First we had a stampede and an 8th scale buggy. Then, the stampede wasn't fast enough so we added 4wd and brushless. The body wouldn't fit over the tires though so we added a SC body. Next, we took the 8th scale tires and put them on the Stampede for a more scale look to the truck.....

Now, we've added an 8th scale chassis to the Stampede. Wouldn't it have been faster to put the body on the buggy to start with?
