I just saw your car in the latest RCCA. I have to say nice work on it. I was wondering how do you get your backgrounds like that?

I didn't get the background like that, Bob did! I sent him the car. It's usually done with a seemless background on a light table (sometimes called an infinity table since the background looks like it goes on and on.) They have these tables at serious photography stores or supply houses. I've never bought one since I rarely do product shots though I may consider one in the future.

You can buy background papers or cloths that have the gradient of colours in them. Then it looks like HM described. I used to take pix at dog and cat shows and had about two dozen different backdrops. The "loving" pet owners don't want a black dog or cat on a dark background..... I made a lot of $$$$$ doing that but hated dealing with the breeder/owners .... the animals were great..... :cool: :cool:

Okay, I think I wil probably just take my pics outside or something because my backgrounds usually suck when I try something.
