I'm going to get one of these unless convinced otherwise. I'm pretty much starting from scratch so I want the best overall kit. I like the radio that comes with the Storm but I don't know much about the Air-Blazer that comes with the Ofna kit. What are pros and cons of each kit? Thanks for any advice!

John,
If this thread disappears shortly it is because they will move it to the nitro forum.
But to answer your question the Storm is very new to the seen and even if people here had one I dont think they could give you a honest answer yet. I do now they are having problems with the differentials.
My honest opinion would tell you not to buy a RTR. Because in the long run if you become serious it would cost you more. You would eventualy buy a nice Futaba or Airtonics FM radio better servo's and a whoopass engine. I always say do it right the first time. The MP7.5 sports is 75% RTR and you would be much happier down the road. But thats just my opion. If you cant afford it, then dont even think about getting into 1/8 scale! Just my 2 cents.

Well, I would go with the GS Storm. I have seen one in person, and it looks like a great kit, and has great aftermarket parts for it. Great for the value. The OFNA, I am a little weary about, seeing as how they now have 4-5 1/8 buggies to choose from, you need to start thinking about parts. OFNA is easy to get, but I have not seen a place yet to stock a nice, full line of parts for them. I like the GS Storm, and that is the one I would choose to go wtih.
