Okay, I have some questions about racing in a stock class. I know there are certain limitations on what I can do. I'll be running a TC3 on a carpet track if it makes any difference.

I've already figured out that I have to use certain class motors. I picked out a MVP motor. I know that is stock.

What else constitutes a stock machine. Is there battery limitations? ESC, servo, radio limits? I don't want to show up and find out that I did something stupid that puts me in the wrong class.

Also, I bought a pinion set for my motor. Since I couldn't figure out what pinion size I needed I just bought them all from 15 to 26. The guy next to me in the checkout asked why I needed so many. I didn't know why. Oh well.

you can see the "official" ROAR rules at www.roarracing.com ....

typically.. most tracks run by these rules... but some local tracks do vary.... so you will need to call ahead and check....

btw... you can never have too many different pinions.. trust me on that one.... LOL....

while you are on the phone with the track... ask them what pinion they typically run in a TC3 with an MVP... pinion sizes vary widely from track to track... hopefully they can hook you up.....

peace out... :)
