T3 Parts?

Hey I have a T3 team with a rage motor. I run 1700's and got a Tekin Rebel. I don't race (kind of stupid with the best truck). Anyway I wondering who knows where I can find some parts as below.


Aluminum Arms.(I snapped the fronts already)
Aluminum Bulkhead(I broke one already)
Blue shock Bodies
Super Duty Camber links(I break these lft&rt)
Aluminum Battery Brace
Aluminum Chassis( I know the T2 has it)

I f you are wondering how I break so many parts for it, it is because I not that good of a driver.How about 6' jumps at full speed.

Probably the easiest place to find that stuff is www.towerhobbies.com. (http://www.towerhobbies.com.) Just type T3 into the search and all of the add ons will appear in order of manufacturer. Nice to know someone else has a T3 just to smash on. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

Instead of buying aluminum arms see if RPM has some of their arms for the T3...those things are bullet proof...just dont know if available for T3. You shouldnt buy an aluminum chassis. It would be too heavy. If you are concerned about scratching your chassis buy a chassis protective sheet (#6312). Thick stuff...protects chassis from anything. Especially sharp objects.

Okay, here we go...

- Nobody makes aluminum arms for T3s. The strongest ones you can buy are the RPM ones.

- Nobody makes aluminum bulkheads for the T3, but Trinity makes aluminum (tranny) braces.

- Blue shock bodies are the sport (read cheap) version from AE. They are not hard/teflon-coated like the greenish-gray ones, so they'll definitely wear out faster. Note: the hard/teflon-coated ones seem to last forever.

- You mean the hub carriers? Chech out <a href="http://www.1hg.com/">Hammad Ghuman's website</a>, they have all kinds of alloy stuff for T3s.

- I know AE makes an aluminum battery brace for the TC3, but I'm not sure about a T3 version. Look around (Tower Hobbies, AE website, etc...)

- Nobody makes an aluminum chassis for the T3. You're totally out of luck there. If you want aluminum, you'll have to go buy a T2 or RC10T (I have one). Here's my advice, just take good care of the thing and you won't have to worry about breaking things and replacing them.

Racers Edge makes a aluminum bulkhead for the B3 but its the same as the T3 right? I thought the GT arms are the same as the T3 but I guess I need to quit thinkin???
