T3 speed

i was just wondering... how fast can a basic T3 with ball bearings a p2k motor a spike esc and piranha 1500 batts go? i dont have any way of telling oh and it is stock gearing

well... i have the factory team (not the basic). i don't know what pinion the basic comes with but my T3 (with a fantom p2k, 20T pinion, novak explorer 2, trinity 1500) goes 26 mph. so... unless ur P2K is really good (my trinity wasn't so i got a fantom) then i'd say urs would go about 25.

Well, I have a P2k, TowerHobbies 1500 batts, and a novak fusion with 19/87 gearing and I get3 around 25 mph, but when I gear it with a 20 tooth and my Maxx Paxx batts, I get up neer 30.

dude, i highly doubt that a 1 tooth increase from 19 to 20 will bump you from 25 to 30 mph.
When i did my physics experiment for class i tested my p2k with a 21/87 gearing. Over a set distance of 100 feet it got up to 19.98 mph. Then i changed to a 17 tooth pinion to test the effects of changing the gear ratio and the top speed at 100 feet was 17.81 mph.

did you use a T3??? if you did which did you use???

i used a T3 team. It had a novak cyclone in it and 2400 batteries. Are you just estimating that your T3 went 26 mph (not saying it didnt). I only tested it at 20 40 60 80 and 100 feet so it could get faster past 100.
