My buddy just got one and we can't get the damn thing started, any hints on whats wrong, does anyone have one, Is there any other problems or issue with this model, please let me know.........

Im betting on dead ignitor, and/or glow plug. Remove glow plug, put the plug on the ignitor and see if it glows if not try a new plug, and/or charge the ignitor.
