I'm just bashing in front of my house in the street and maybe a parking lot here and there. Tamiya has the Porsche TB02 for $125 and the C5R Ta40s for $100. Which one, and why? Does the belt in the ta40s get chewed up that easily with the small rocks?

I just got a TA04 C5R!It's my first TC! so just from what I see the diff sits in a bowl and when a rock get's flung in to this bowl it cant escapee! I plan to make a deflector sheild or cut a hole through the bottom to allow the rock to fall out! It's a great car runs fine for me! I put a reedy 19t quad mag motor in it and as soon as I get my new 7 cell I''l make a small mod in the battery tray to fit it! damn thing is going to move!LOL's
The tires it comes with are the only thing I have issues with! Here's a vid of the break in cruse with it, it has a reedy quad mag 19T motor and 6cell 3300 pack to power it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqatgJKPNQI
Here's some pic's with it show lid! http://forums.radiocontrolzone.com/showthread.php?t=237610
