I'm planning to get a Novak Dually but i don't know of any other Forward Only ESCs that are cheaper and have no motor limits... i have had great success with my Explorer 2 but just about two nights ago, it started glitching and i made sure that no water gets to it. :(

The Novak Dually is a GREAT ESC! My friend has one and we were up one night bored...so we had a HOW Low Can the ESC Go thing going on. Because you figure, for 89.99 at Tower..its really cheap for a ESC that has a so Called "No Motor limit". Anyway this thing handled every motor i had down to a 9x3 because thats the hottest modified i have.

The reason i don't have a lower mod is because i never use the 9x3 anyway....just sits in the pit box lookin at all the others getting used. My friend is going to try and find the hottest mod he can find and ill let ya know how it does!

BadRacer~i just plan to get like a Fantom 9 turn or something... i don't plan to race - except my best friend (known as Dshowers on the bb) but it's gonna go on my TC3 once i get it.

The peak performance nebula goes as low as a 6 turn... and the ti modifieds have 8's. but the nebula is VERY expensive... ask bryceums... he has one.

Go for a Keyence. I've heard those things are really tiny and can handle down to 7 turns. Here's a site that has one, and when I get the cash, I'm either buying a Keyence or the C2. By the way, the cheapest is $99

Drat..........

Just re-read your post and you wanted cheaper than the Dually. Sorry, I thought you just meant inexpensive (as far as no motor limit ESCs go, anyway).
