Well the 1/18th scale nationals were a couple of weeks ago. I had painted these for one of the racers there. Unfortunately the package was lost in the mail and never made there on time; hell it never made it there PERIOD.
I thought i would just post some pics as a rememberance of the small ones that got away

The copper color above is a combination of satin silver and fas orange

I think you need to go with a different shipper if that many shells were lost.

Hey Resp, you make some of the best looking horse-mane-looking flames (I don't know how else to explain this), and I gotta try it. I personally like them much better than scallops, slightly less than true fire (although it looks like the true fire stuff is MUCH harder).

Zman, I still gotta break that airbrush out (haven't taken it outta the package yet- :( ), but this semester is about to end, and when it does, my respirator is gonna wear out BIG TIME.

For clarification, the flames I am speaking of are on the buggy body. :D

I like those flames also. They only work on smaller 1/18 size shells. If you try them on bigger bodies they look funny.

Great news! The bodies showed up! Here's a pic of the M18T and Vendetta with their new lids. Not sure what to do with the 18R body though as I decided to sell it off after the Nats to get a 1/18th touring car for a couple of upcoming trophy races.

friggin lazy mail people! Well i'm glad they showed up and i'm also glad it was a mailpersons fault and not mine. I would have felt really bad if i had sent them to someone else by mistake.
