tekin BC112C charger Firmware Upgrade ???

Does someone know how to upgrade the firmware inside this charger , i bought it a long time ago and the revision inside my Charger seems to be version E25 , if you go to tekin site and read about nimh charging you see that they talk about version H27 and above , i was woundering if i could upgrade the charger myself or do i need to send the charger back to Tekin.

You cannot do it yourself.
And, I HIGHLY recommend you NOT send ANYTHING to Tekin at this point.
They are as out of business as not being out of business gets. If that makes any sense ...

Since nobody knows what their status is, assume they are gone.

It's not possible to do the update yourself that I know of. I would also suggest you NOT send anything back to Tekin. I would however suggest you send it to Express Tech for the upgrade. You can email zurdo-13@pacbell.net for more information on getting this done. I haven't had mine personally done (yet) but have heard VERY good things about these guys.

Tell me something, would these Express Tech people be able to repair Tekin products? I'm looking into buying both the G10 ESC and the 112C but am worried if they ever break, it's all over.

Tekin items are the main thing they work on to my knowledge. I don't even know if they work on other manufacturers items.
