So, I've been a member for quite a while on here, and have taken a break from the hobby for the past 10 months. I'm selling some stuff on ebay shortly and am looking into getting a mini since I don't race as much as I used to and want to keep it cheap. Couple questions...

1, I wanna get an associated 18T or 18B. Any performance differences between the 2?

2, What electronics do you reccomend? I have a radio (M11) but that's about it. I need advice on the servo, ESC, batts, and motor(brushless). I plan to race it, so I wanna get the best.

Thanks for the help guys, I havn't been on here in FOREVER and I'm a little out of it. :o

performance wise i think (since i dont own either car) the truggy will be more stable due to the larger wheel base and width, although the buggy is probably lighter so more punch / top end in that respect...although probably not much...

sadly thats all i can help,
good luck and welcome back,
Demon

The only difference is the top plate, shock towers, wheels, tires and body, proformance is allmost the same.for a brussless motor, mamba 6800kv 25 esc combo works well for racing, alot of guys use a hs-65 or hs-85 sevros, and if you can race with lipo, apogee 20c 2 cell 1500mah is good.

Thanks for the responses guys! Should have included in my first post, but I would prefer not to use lipo packs because I don't want to buy a new charger.

Thanks,
Brent

Lipo charger are fairly cheap nowadays, in the last year china has really started to pump out Lipo gear so the price has gone down...still i dont use Lipo since i prefer NIMH. (capacity has also gone up on NIMH to 4500+ over the last year)
