Admins & others out there. I can't pull up RCZone from my home PC? Another member here emailed me with the same thing over the weekend and first thought was the site had been comprimised... hacked.
On the home PC, I'll click on RCZone under my fav's. It'll pull up for a quick nano second and then go to Google search. Try again & get the same result.
Next: Try going through with the Google search for "RCZone" and click on the link it provides. Go to the boating/planes/or even auto's and it still boots me out so to speak.
However, sitting here at work, this system is quite fine as you can tell.
Home PC is running IE7 & MS Media Center.
Next & final: Ran through & cleaned all cookies, deleted all temp files etc. Virus scan, the works. Restart and still nada'.
Guys, steer me in the right direction. Its nice to get my RCZ fix from home too ya' know.

DD,
I ment to e-mail you back to see if you had figured anything out on the site problems. (I am the member that contacted DD about this as he mentioned)
I too am still having problems getting to the site on my home pc, but the same as DD I can view the site on all my computers at work with no problem??
My business neighbor (he sells, fixes, repairs computers etc) he has been sending me home each night with different fixes to try....with no luck?? I obviously did the virus scan, spyway scans, etc. still nothing.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I will be out of town till late friday so I won't be around to answers replies, or pm's till then

I had the same problem the past few days. I remember this site having problems once before but that might have been when they switched to a new server.
Things might be a little slow in the boat forums here but I like to check in at least once a day.

Just like Dex, I've received several topic notifications in regards to this thread and this is what comes up:

Ok RCZone guru's behind the scenes... get on it. The weekend is here.:)

That's strange. I haven't had any--major-- problems here. I wonder if it's a regional problem, or browser specific? I'm in the American Midwest, and I use Opera to access this site.
Now, I HAVE had one long-standing situation. I can't get here from the link in the Radio Control Boat Modeller site, haven't been able to in months. But, once I typed the address in directly, it worked and that's what I've used since.

Still the same here. Even after formatting hardrive & installing fresh win xp professional so i don't think it is a problem on this end. Must be something on this site. All other sites are working like they should.

Same here. Still a NO-GO on the home puter. (work system is fine as you can tell). Virus scan, removed the google tool bar etc, etc. and not pulling up anything.
Just get it fixed guys and lets keep our little community growing. You guys are the best of any forum. Period.

Last weekend, I was unable to get to this site at all. Since this site was the only one so affected, I can only assume it was on RC Zone's end and not mine. Now that Radio Control Boats has redone their site, I suppose I should check to see if the link from their site gets you here.

Hey guys,
I am also still having trouble opening the site from my home pc, but like DD it works just fine on my work computer's.
I miss checking out the site and the new posts. I just don't have the spare time to log on at work like I do at home.
I am still working on my scarab. I've pretty much got the radio box and electronics part pretty well done. I am now waiting on my cousin to get the engine parts and flex shafts sent back to me.
I will for sure update any major progress from work when the time comes.
