want a new motor for my TA04.. which?

using a Novak Rooster.. so i got a 15 turn limit.. wanna stay around that.. looking for pure speed.. what motor? and should i re-gear? and if so.. what gears and where can i get them..

want on the cheaper side.. gimme a motor less than 70 and one less than 30.. and whats the diff..

first off there is a huge differance between a 50 dollar motor and a 30 dollar motor they only go up to around 50 unless you want brushless as in very very expesive the 50 (PEAK nebula)
dollar motor is hand wound has bearings preinstalled caps the best magnets out there is tuned and about every thing out there on it

Trinity's Jade 15quad speedgem is a nice one... that will be perfect for your rooster... fyi... hand wound motors tend to be expensive verses machine wound :cool:

I put a Trinity D4 13T in my TA04 and use the pink Futaba ESC (goes to 13T). You could get a Novak ESC that handles any turn...

I love my D4.
