Anyone know the max temp to run this motor before getting too hot?

It's about the same as other brushed motors, I wouldn't want to get it any hotter than 180 degrees F or so(absolute max), any more & it'll like start toasting its brushes, discoloring the comm & the magnets can start to weaken over time under prolonged temperature abuse(so it won't be quite as good later even after rebuilds). I think 180 is a good temp that'll allow it to last a good long time.... :cool:

If you cant keep a finger on it for 5 seconds, the motor is too hot. If you can, you're ok. :cool:
