People at my track are using computer power supplies to power there chargers. Does anyone know how to rewire them?

Most computer PS have a main output, a larger plug, and that has a 12V DC output. The PS box should have a diagram that shows which pins are the pos and neg. It would be easier to just ask the guys at the track.

The best way to find it out is using a voltmeter. If you don't have then it can be very tough to figure out. On my computer the color of yellow and black are 12-volt.
