All done with this one... If you missed the other thread, here's what I started with... She was a mess, but for how cheap I got it, I wasn't complaining:

Ended up ditching the MSC and the neat-o old servo because they were giving me issues. Now the ESC seems to have a mind of its own as well. And it smokes. I've never had an ESC smoke like this and still work lol, but hey... Run it til it breaks right?! It sounds like something is trying to strip out on me in the tranny after the first good run. Not to worry... I have so many spare parts for this thing that it doesn't even matter... :cool: :

Could probably open up a small hobby shop lol! So I'm not too worried about breaking things with my life time supply of parts.
Overall, she runs pretty darn well for just a silver can Johnson motor powered buggy. The ride is rough, so I need to soften it up a bit some how. Other than that, it's certainly a neat old buggy!
