Breaking in motors

I just bought a new D4 12t motor and i'd like a detailed describtion of the best way to break it in.

RustlerGuy - the D4 motors don't require any break-in. Just put it in your truck and run it! Just make sure you checnge the gear ratio to something appropriate for you type of modified motor.
