Questions on Turbo 35 BL

Can any editors or any users of CE's turbo 35 BL tell me whether the unit can be used to for matching of cells?
From what I found out the unit can be used to charge/discharge/cycle.
Or only the turbomatcher 4 have cell matching functions?

GKC - I believe the Turbo 35 can be used for matching cells, but I'm pretty sure it only cycles one cell at a time. check their website at: www.competitionelectronics.com (http://www.competitionelectronics.com)
