I ordered a Mamba Max 4600 system (http://www.b-p-p.com/proddetail.php?prod=b_MambaMax4600) from them a few weeks back and it was lost by USPS :mad: . When I contacted them they said they would have it to me the next day or it would be free. Sure enough it showed up the next day! On top of that they gave me $30 off another system so I picked another one up for $150 out the door! :eek:

I have had great service from them aswell. Then I ordered my mamba it didn't ship for awhile so i emailed them. troy said they were backordered from castle but gave me a 10percent discount on my next order for having to wait.
