What is the cheapest, best charger for a SMC IB4200 6-Cell 4200mAh NiMH Stick Pack?

Thats the one I have and it works great. I got it for like $25 off the Tower scratch&dent list. The only bad thing about it is that the discharge rate isnt adjustable.
