losi black spur how many teeth?

the spur is in my double x does anyone know how many teeth it is i cant check cars at shop

try making a mark with white out or something on one tooth, then count the teeth till you come back to that point

The losi black spur (I think) is 87.

There are 2 Losi black spurs, if it is a smaller one, it is a 78, if it is a larger, it is 88. You can probably be able to tell the 10 tooth difference, or, if you know a # on another color of gear that you have, compare them.

Losi only uses even amounts of teeth, 76-78-80-82-84-86-88-90

About the only gears that Iv'e used for years is the 78 (white) & the 84 (purple), & was hoping someone knew the rest! :)

Sounds like you had a aftermarket spur.

Losi uses colors.... excluding black.

White 78
Yellow 82
Purple 84
Red 86
Green 88
Orange 90
