TC Run time

Hey, I know for sure my motor and batteries are getting too hot... I can also see that that is taking away my run time. I get about 3-5 min of run time, 5 being the max I've lasted. Usually I will run the car and it will last for 3 minutes and quickly die from there, http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif I then put it away and after a few min run it without exchanging the battery and get another minute of near full speed capacity run time. Anyway, my question is, what is the average for run time with touring cars. I want to have a car that can last some street side bashing. So any tips to help also is appreciated. Thanks

you should check your motor brushes if they are worn down the battery overheats and car is really slow. also it matters what motor your using stock or mod. and what battery are you using 2000's 1500's 3000's = mah

I run both a 1500 and 2000 with a matrix stock motor or the stock stinger motor. Soon I will be using speedgem 15T Q
