I didn't keep track other than to realize buying Tmaxx parts to build one as a kit was expensive even off Ebay, but it would have been even more expensive buying all the parts someplace like Tower. I'd say savings was prob close to 50% too, but still way expensive.

The price of fun I guess, it was fun building it, lol!

I've compare ebays and other prices such as tower, ultimate etc. It all depends on what you buy and if it's in demand. But a savings of 1/3 is more acurrate.

i bought almost an entire MP777 in brnd new seperate parts off ebay and probably just spent like 150 bucks, so that 500 saved for me

The problem with ebay is you pay 15 bucks for the part but 10 bucks for shipping.

I used to pay like 1,70 for shipping from US to Italy because it used to be sent in a letter (like 3 week delivery) as it was all in small parts.

Lets see here, I've gotten a set of nearly new Big Joes and wheels for $15, a full set of Hardcore titanium Maxx skidplates for $25, a great Stampede for for $50 and just yesterday I got two vintage Traxxas Bullets with original bodies, batteries, charger and extra parts for $80......

I'm thinking of getting T-Maxx 3.3 arms, turnbuckles, knuckles w/ bearings, and driveshafts on eBay. Should cost me about $60, but it'd allow me to have 3.3 suspension on my E-maxx and it'd save me a lot from normal price.
