I can't comment about the phone support, but I've learned the Tech Posting IS worth the time. It all matters how you word things.
If I had a business, there'd be better phone support, but if you slandered my name or business in public, I'd delete you too.
Perhaps the answers to your tech questions are available. It seems we sometimes spend too much time writing about what we didn't get from the company, when we could be finding the answers ourselves.
Usually I just ask one of Trinitys tech reps. (Matt Francis) and he usually tells me what's up. With minimal ad pushing.
You have a right NOT to buy Trinity stuff. But just remember how this works. You buy a battery pack from Reedy thinking you snubbed Trinity. Then you find out that Trinity actually sells their batteries to Associated for their Reedy Packs. You've done no damage to Ernie.
So far I think Trinity is OK. They are proud of their products, that's for sure. But are they junk? No. Are they jerks for deleting your posts? No. Do they deserve to have their name slandered? No.
Point is. If you have a problem with a company, or a product, you DO have an option other than talking trash about them. For one, you can contact BBBonline and report them. When the BBB comes knocking, buisnesses listen up quick. But, read this carefully. Do NOT submit ANYTHING to BBB that isn't fact fact and only fact.
Or, your best bet... find a few people that answer most of the tech questions on here, and ask away. There is usually a handful of us that know what's up.
In short. Most answers are a LOT easier and quicker to find than we sometimes think. Think about this. Why would Trinity put any money in phone support when the internet takes care of 80-90% of their tech question load?

Your kidding right?! You went on Tech Talk and posted a heading like that??? LOL. No wonder why it got deleted! How dumb can you be?
First I wanna say that my Hobby shop has called Trinity Tech support and they have always been very good to us. Helping with us motors, gas motors , etc. Trinity is always there. I like the fact that you can actually speak to a live person!! Not some automated system. Trinty tech is one of the best in the industry. You can always reach someone at Trinity either thru the toll free line or thru the tech dept. email trinitytechdept@excite.com. they return their emails usually within the same day! Not 3-4 business days like some.
I admire Trinity for their dedication to their customers. This guy here is a very rude person and you can tell that by his above posting!!!!
Now, another problem I have with this jerk, is him calling min. wage workers names!!! That is totally uncalled for , and he should be banned from this forum.
I have a few guys working for me at Min. Wage, and they are very good workers, and they too were upset to see some jerk like this to make fun of them.!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!! I am personally emailing car action to ask them to ban you from this forum. Along with a few workers of mine.
