Does the T3 Tning guide come with the Team kit?

I can't be sure, but I think it does include the items you mentioned. You might be able to find the exact answer on the Team Associated (http://www.teamassociated.com) website.

It does come with a small pack of the required wrenches, as far as the tuning guide is concerned, it includes 4 or 5 pages of stuff, but does NOT include the 32 page full guide.

Yes, it does. (the wrenches)

If you really want the tuning guide, you can order it from Team Associated's website. It's around $5 for the guide, plus $1 for shipping.
