I don't know. I've never tried it.
I would imagine BoLink body wash (now Dynamite Body Wash) would work pretty well.
Nitro fuel has also been known to remove paint from stuff.

Using brake fluid. You can take off the old paint. if in 1:1 cars works why not on nitros?

Use paper towels and DOT-3 brake fluid. Let the body soak in brake fluid for about 30 mins then you can gently peel the paint off with a paper towel. Thats what I did and it worked perfectly.

Brake fluid does work if you used laquer paints, but it will react with the lexan if left on too long, after a year or so the lexan will get brittle. Here is 1 I did, after a year it started cracking at the bottom.

If you used waterbased paint, just use normal nail polish remover. I stripped a body I had and painted it again and won a best paint competition. :p

For waterbased, you should be able to get away with water and a scrub pad of some sort, I only used brake fluid because the previous owner had used laquer based sprays.

Screw all that... just get the stickers off, rub it down ON THE OUTSIDE with 0000 steel wool and paint it... on the outside. It'll be like a real vehicle; when you get a few scrapes on it, it'll look cool. When you get tired of looking at multiple scrapes, do it all over again.
Reeeeality... think about it. Everyone will think, "That's a real man... not a girlieman who paints the inside of the body... afraid of getting an imperfection in the paint."

If it's stock paint find 91-99% rubbing alcohol not denatured soak overnight then just rub off you hardly have to rub. the higher the % the easier it comes off. Use a q tip to get the tight spots. i use a big coffee can.

must be nice to have a body last that long to actually be able to repaint it. my bodies are usually trashed after the 3rd run.:D
