I'm interested in getting started into the exciting world of off-road nitro. I am on a cheap budget with little background experience. What would you recomend?

Thanks :D

What about this one? It cost 250.79$ I don't know if that is Canadian or not.

I don't know about that one, but like they said, the gt2 is a great truck and is cheap. Have fun!

Hobby tron is American. Cen is a good company, but I dont know much about that car. I would stick with the gt2.

that is a good car, and CEN is a good company, but parts availability might be an issue.

Gona throw something else into the mix, a RTR 1/8 buggy for about $290, Roto start equipped with all the bearings and goodies you expect with higher priced rtr's...

Its the Team VTX B1 Buggy...http://www.myhobbydepot.com/catalog/gallery/vtx-b1-a/vtx-b1-a_ga1.jpg

Hobby Depot (http://www.myhobbydepot.com/servlet/the-19103/Team-VTX-1-fdsh-8-Nitro/Detail) Sells them along with all the spares very very cheap!

Customer service is also just plain excellent!

I have the GT2 but I've only been able to break it in so far. The GT2 has a lot of available upgrades including RPM goodies.
