yup. I'm going to paint it later when I'm ready. I'm just going to have it look like the one on the box. I'm getting the Coopermix silvia body for my tc4. :D

Its a good On-road. The parts are real strong and sturdy. It uses allen screws as well. A lot of people always want one but never get one... I don't understand, its a really fun car. Oh and It drifts really well With the stock motor and drift tires.

what is your offset on your skyline? A friend of mines gave me 3mm offsets and it goes beyond my body! Yours goes nicely.

offset? 8.5 mm :D

those are 3mm offset HPI TE37 wheels, that have been "deep dished" by yours truely, the backside of the rim was cut off, where the tire bead goes in, and flipped to the front. 5 1.2 mm is cut off, so by flipping, i have a total of 8.5

I wish i had an on road car.
I was just outbid and lost a gorgeous Tamiya TB EVO III on ebay...DAMMIT!
I could still bid on a Hopped-Up Tamiya TB-02 that i have my eye on, but i think its a bit out of my price tag...
I just want something to convert nicely into a drift car.

It is un-needed extra weight for an electric powered car. And the battery pack supplys power to the reciever and servos.

Trimmed the shock towers and got rid of the body posts. Body is attached with velcro.

Yeah the velcro holds on just fine. There's foam under the body where it touches the shock towers. Those pics were taken right when the car was built. It doesn't look nearly as shiny now :)

why do you hate the rs4-2?
its given me nothing but problems. the engine always seems to be out of tune. the 2 speed is out of whack, it wont always downshift and it wont up shift consistently. stuff is always coming loose or coming apart. i don't care for the handling at all. to twitchy at high speed, and don't turn well at slow speeds. it likes to spin out. the breaks could be better and they have a tendency of jerking the car sideways. idk if the rs4 2 is just a peace of junk or if it has something to do with buying it used (although i did take it apart and rebuild it and go through everything before running it). im tempted to say that after owning it i will never own another HPI or another gas car. its been nothing but a headache

this is my tc3 that i bought off of ebay a couple months ago w/ a chrysler 300 body (it came with the tc3. the wavy flame thingys dont really turn me on but the blue is nice :) ) i put in a orion 19 turn with a novak explorer II ESC.
