Very nice. How do you do the speck effect for the stars ?
Do you take a brush and snap the bristles and let it splatter wherever ?

Thanks for the kind words.

As for the small stars, you just use an old tooth brush with a little paint on it, and just rub your finger across it so the bristles snap back in to there place causing the paint to splatter onto the shell. So you just keep doing that until you get the desired amount of paint splatters that you like (remember less is more).

Fantastic job, Carbon!

My question is about the window trim... Did you use a marbeling type technique on that? It turned out cool.

I like what you did with the headlights and grille also.

Thanks, and yes I used a marbling technique for the windows. What I did was take my custom mixed (the color I use for carbon fiber) and sprayed it on as a wet coat, and then I used a plastic bag waded up and dabbed the bag onto the paint to get the effect (only problem was that the paint was a little too thin for it to look like marble 100%, but still looks cool none the less). After the dried I backed it with silver, and is like it is now.
