Any way I Think your dream is good. All your R/C stadium needs is a good food bar and a test drive area.

A big mud pit would be cool with a dragstrip and all of the tracks that r used today and have a snack bar that goes around the whole border of the place so your not far from one. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

think, fire hoops, robots jumping out of the ground firing paintballs at the cars, electronic marshalls, and a monster truck track, like softball size rocks to climb over, and tactical areas. and a rally track, a wavy track that sloped and was blue groove, with woop-te doo's (for those of you that know about dirtbiking). that would be cool and thats all i can think of for the time being.

I would add the ultimate hobby shop( awesome servive, low prices, everything in stock in bulk), special guests from companys that were friendly and cool.the ultimate stunt park.

200 ft straight cuss you would always have enough room. air conditioned pits (some people probly already have that. I don't.) Demo area for every car ever made. every style of track on many levels. aerial few for spectators. retractible room for those nice days. Big billboard on the roof to atract people. Built in my backyard!

You don't have free parking!? maybee I'm just used to the track were I race, you know, the type of track thats in some guys front yard! Its a nice track though, A lot of people come. And he has most of the ammenities that "real" tracks have.
