Hi
I just recently purchased one of your E-maxx 6.5 high-voltage brushless motor systems.
I have switched to the deans high-voltage plugs. I hooked up everything correctly but for some reason the motor spins it in the opposite direction. When I pull the throttle back it makes my car go in reverse. If I switch the channel 2 button to the left on the my transmitter then by pushing the trigger forward it makes the model go forward and to use the brake is pulling the trigger back. This is reversed to how the transmitter used to work before the brushless motor system. I have not gotten to use my brushless motor system yet. I am completely lost on this one. I do not know what to do. Thank You
Alex

Is this being used in the E-Maxx? If so, you could flip the front and rear differential around 180 degrees, which changes the direction of rotation of the tires.

I am using the Traxxas TQ3 transmitter that is included with the Emaxx. It is a three-channel radio system.

yes it is an E-maxx truck. I did not know that was possible? Maybe I did installed the differential cases backwards?
I am going to take a closer look!

It's a rather common thing to occur. I work at a hobby shop, and have seen this issue multiple times, so I suggested it :).

That's a common thing - I bought a used E-maxx and one of the two motors was wired the wrong way. Needless to say it did not go very far that way :D

I guess it would have been much easier if you had just switched any two of the three motor cables - that would have made a brushless motor turn the other direction :D

But for a sensored system such as the Novak 6.5 you also have to switch the corresponding sensor cables to avoid trouble ...
