This is so nasty of me but the guy has very few of these cells at this price so I'm keeping it hush hush for now.

I'm ordering 24 cells next week, and if he has any left I'll post his e-mail to you and XXXER.

If I give it out now, and you guys go and order all the cells before I get the money to place mine, I'll be left in the cold with nothing to show for it.

You and XXXER will get the info next week. And then I'll post it for everyone a day after I give it to you. OK????

Sorry for being so greedy, but everytime I let others in on good deals I get burned.

Theres the difference between 2400 for 30 and 2100 for 35 and below. 2100 is unlimited supply.

But they aren't legal for racing on most tracks. Tracks that follow ROAR and NORRCA rules.

But even then you can get 1800 SAFT cells (ones they use in Tower and Duratrax packs) for 11 bucks on Ebay, brand new if you want to bash around the yard.

And RCCA still doesn't allow advertising. But since your are trying to sell here, I figured I'd point out that 2100 for 35 bucks a pack aren't that good of a deal.

Who makes the cell? What are all the numbers on a full 5000 drawout? IR, how many AMPS, Voltage, etc?

Even for bashing 35 bucks is really high for a cell that hasn't been proven in R/C use and might die after 20 or so uses like the Radio Shack cells. And then where will you be?

You are the one selling, so you have to accept the inevitable criticism.

This is funny. 35 dollars for 2100mah packs? Ill just stick with my race worthy 1500 packs (i race stock off road) i see no reason to pay more money on a batt if your not going to use it all up in a race, thats if you race. If i was a so called "backyard basher" i would have better batts....but my 1500 are good enought for me. My last first place win was on my 1500's so thats gotta tell you something.

Tells me that where you race isn't very competitive. I race carpet oval, and unless your running 3000's your screwed! I am quiting racing because of that. To be competitive you have to have 10,000.00 (literally).

It's too bad the track you run at doesn't have a box stock race class.

Where the batteries and motors are maintained at the hobby shop and your race fees include the motor and batt rental.

Then the whole battery and motor issue would disappear for this class, as noone would have the same motors again on any given week, and wouldn't want to tweak a motor only to give the guy next week a leg up. Same with the batts.

They have/had a spec class race. No more than 3 people ever entered it. I didn't like it. I love seeing how fast I can make my cars go.(see the name? http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif I just don't have as big of bank rolls as some of the other guys. the whole fun of racing to me is modifying your car to be better than someones elses, unfortunately thats exspensive. A maximum price cap race would be cool. 2,000.00 or something worth of supplies/cars/motors/everything would be all thats allowed. Definitly don't see that happening anytime soon, but I would like it.

At my track we are allowed to open up stock motors...thats violates some serious rules in alot of sanctions. I don't like that at all, makes me wonder what some guys are up too besides truing commes(I have and use a stock comme lathe).
