Where to talk about mods freely?

Is there a place here online where we can chat to or talk about a mod without getting kicked off? There's one mod who owes me $200 and I've sent emails after emails to other mods and nothing has ever been done. I know you can get water from a rock or blood from a turnip but it's been over 3 years since he hasn't paid for me. Barely returns my pm's. What can I do TRF?

Three years and only $200? I would have quit after a year because my time is worth more than that.

Yeah that TRF was a hint and I couldn't get even, I'm overseas military and he's lives in the Windy City. My knee breaking friends all live in AZ. I've been a good friend to him in the past, even lent money and was paid back after a while. This time I paided for a TRF TA04 but never got anything.

Honestly, I would've found a way to pay them a visit when I was heading their way anyways.

I find it hard to believe that TRF stole money from you and hasn't paid it back, but I'm going to wait until TRF gets to share his point of view on the situation to form any opinion on the subject, especially since its really not any of my business.

Well, one thing is for sure......

I'd be "driving" my foot "hard" up his a$$ for every red cent. For conducting one's self in such a manner, I'd of stripped this individual of his mod-priviledges LOOOOONG ago. Way to set an example, TRF. :rolleyes:
