I THINK THE MVP IS PRETTY GOOD. THAT OR THE GREEN-MACHINE. BUT THE MVP HAS MORE TORQUE AND THATS WHAT U WANT. BUT DO U WANT A MODIFIED OR A STOCK?
HOPE THIS CLEARS SOME DOUBTS.

The motor can be Stock or Modified I doesn’t have any preferences at all. I use my Losi just for fun but I want it to be fast. Sometimes I run in a local track. :)

I HAVE THE MVP 24 STOCK IN MY XX CR IT REALLY COOKS DOWN THE TRACK YOU HAVE TO FIND THE RIGHT PINION I USED THE ONE IN THE ASSEMBLY BOOK BUT I THINK IS COULD LOSE A 2 OR 3 TEETH AND LET THE MOTOR RUN COOLER :p

As I recall the Reedys had the top power and rpm, if you're referring to the RCCA budget mod shootout. But the Stratos/Pro BB looks like my next motor, because of the bearings and capacitors. :p

If you are playing you want to stay away from stock motors. Car Action did a recent test on budget motors and the Orion Orbital series and Peak Stratos/Thunderbolt tested best . Check them out -- low cost and good quality.
