Rustler outdrives?

How do you get the rustler outdrives off? They have these + shaped thinges that dont want to come out. If I cant get them out how do I get the screws out that are inside of them?

Use that tool that your rustler came with to get those off (if you got it new).

Hey! I found that tool thingy!... after I broke the outdrives trying to get them off. but thanks for your help. Now at least I know how to replace them.
