So I just picked up a TB-02 and am in the process of setting up. This is where you guys come in...any suggestions?
Going to be running rubber for now and in GT2 class with it for TCS(Black Can)

What springs should we start with? Camber settings? Roll bars for F or R or both? How about gearing?

Any help here guys will be appreciated. i am just looking for a good basic set up that I can work with from there to dial it in for my driving style.

Thanks

John

Hey, check out the TB-02 forum....great stuff.

What surface are you gonna be on? I can help with carpet, but I don't have any experience outdoors. For gearing, 55/25 is good...but, I put an f201 52t spur gear in my friends...and it works perfect! I'm going to a TCS race myself this weekend, so I'll tell you how the 52/25 works out with only a silver can motor.

I love my TB-02, beats cars 3x its price

Thanks Prelude. It was some of the input by you that moved me towards the TB-02.

Going to be racing on both pavement and carpet. Rubber tires as well.

Well, my exact carpet set-up is:
-Type A tires with Blue inserts
-plastic oil shocks, 80wt shock oil..one hole pistions
-Blue front stabilizer, no rear
-front white springs
-blue rear springs
-1.5 negative degree of camber all around
-evo III outdrives in back
-front one-way up front
-sause the inside fronts, all on the backs

This car is hooked-up and It's very easy to drive. As far as outdoors, I'm sure you would have to tweak this set-up a little. Happy I could somewhat help you
