Ofna? yes, they have good cars, at least the Ultra GT LX, the only Ofna that I have, it's a nitro, though, and it's 1/8 scale.
I don't know about their electrics.
But, yes, I would recommends the Ultra GT LX (buggy) if someone ask me about this particular car. It's tough, will go anywhere buggy. For racing? maybe, but I don't plan to race it, this one is my hiking/camping/hunting partner.

Their touring car is excellent! Hands down the best equipped RTR on the market. It's like getting a Factory Team version of their car in ready to run form.

I have to admit, their OB4 International RTR does look very nice. I think it'd make an excellent first car, though there is still the matter of parts availability in your area. As with all of them, you can't avoid hitting & breaking something(even the best of us do it from time to time, & I know I do fairly regularly, lol), & if you can't immediately buy replacement parts for it then you're gonna get quite frustrated waiting for the parts you need to arrive at your local shop. So as long as parts for it are ok in your area, & you like what you see of the car, then I'd say go for it..... :)

I have an Ofna onroad electric mid drive car.
I think it's pretty sweet, the kit has alot of really nice parts for the price. I'd even be willing to sell mine complete with extra parts and some slicks, if you're considering buying a used one...

I'm also looking at the OB4. Also a little concerned about part availability. I've looked at and like the shaft drive on the TC3 but am disgusted with Associated's continuing ridiculous prices for it's parts.I have several RC10's so I'm not exagerating. I have an HPI RS4MT electric and love it but am still leary of belt drive although the RS4 Pro 3 looks good. Losi is out of the question because no one in the area carries parts since they sold out to a distributor. The OB4 is so well equipped it seems like a bargain. I don't want RTR but I haven't found out if it's available as a kit yet. I don't have to have anything right away but I'd like to be as well informed as possible before I buy.

Badmeat.......ya get what ya pay for!

I have had a fair amount of trouble with my Ofna MBX R2's that we bought, as had a friend who also got a couple. Parts availability at the 4 LHS in our area is almost nil.

Ofna neglected to answer 4 emails sent over 3 weeks time to their "Tech Support" email addy. I finally made a couple long distance phone calls, and got to talk to a real person. They DID send me the needed parts, however. But I still can't, and won't, recomend the Ofna cars to anyone. They just are not the quality of say Associated or Kyosho.
