I have a tamiya s-10 stadium truck, and i want to make it a street car. what do i need to do this, just shorter shocks and street tires? i just want something to beat around the driveway with my roommate and have a good time. what shocks should i get, or just what all should i get?
thanks

in a sense, yes. I have 2 TA-02's...one street, one S-10. Although one is converted to a "wide" kit, ( tl A-arms and longer shocks) its pretty much jsut shocks and tires bud.

nice. i can't afford to get a tc4 right now, but i really want something to bash onroad a bit, and i think my inability to keep myself from jumping it as a truck is why i kill the gears. they have been fine for a few weeks, then we make one nice jump and soon as i land hard a few times its over for another set of gears. oh well. make this a parking lot car...actually we are going with stock car themes haha, and get an rc10 to jump around maybe..

HPI stock car wheels, slick tires, the body, get her stance set, and you are done.

ya need a paint job on that car?:D

I'm gonna try to do it on my own...basically the car is black with the decals i think. If that's it, i'm good. I'll probably just have a hard time finding the decals for montoya's car though  .. I ordered the speed tuned gears today for it and I'm going to the hobby town up the street to look for wheels and tires and hopefully when i get back from colorado on the 26th it'll all be here and i'll be set. Finding a stock car body that isn't a wide body is tougher than i thought it'd be though
