I always think of it as "lazy driving" and then for lack of better words "hard cut and thrust" lazy would be gentle control input that usually isn't overreactive. Cut and thrust would be almost over controlling, ie jerking the wheel hard right and then snapping left into a left turn to swing out fast and try to take a straighter line through the turn under power. I may be wrong, someone as I always say correct me if I'm wrong..I'm after the right info, not a wrong interpretation.

Thats how I understand it. Lazy, hehe...People at my track take it as "slow", but with just as good response and stuff with usual cars. But whats the point of having a car thats easy to drive? Is that fun? Not that I(or anyone else I know) have noticed. Driving an RC Car shouldn't be a walk in the park...it should be a challenge, because it's all about skill, not how big your wallet is.

i think isky brings up a good point, anybody with enough money can get a car that will go 100 mph, the trick is controlling the thing... my point: ya dont have to spend a billion dollars on equipment to be good at racing!!!

You can never go fast, and lay down good lines if the car is difficult to drive.
There are many aspects to going fast, and if you have to stay on top of the car, you will not have the ability to concentrate on the track, traffic, passing opportunities, etc.
See ya...
