I recently got interested in R/C cars and I decided on getting an electric for my first car. I am down to two choices though. The first is a RC10T3 RTR, and the second is a Rustler RTR w/ ESC. What have your experiences been with these modles?
I appreciate your help and info, thanks

I race a t3 and they are good trucks however I have heard the same about the Rustlers. The T3 is better if you might ever want to start racing. It does not have as much ground clearance but it does handle well. :)

Either way you'll be happy. The T3 would be better for racing out of the box, but the Rustler is certainly capable of being competetive. They're both a lot of fun.
If you are not going to race right now, then the Rustler may be better. It is more durable and not that easy to break, especially the front suspensions.

Evidently you've done your homework. Both are great trucks although as mentioned, one is more suited to racing. Toss a coin. :D

rustlers are mad tough, but if you want to eventually race the associated is key...more mods can be done and its more adjustable. if youve never done rc before try the traxxas
You want the Rustler™, Because everyone bumps into things and its is tough. Also its fast, you can get it for $179.99 w/esc from towerhobbies.com. I also sugjest you up grade to a faster motor like a .10-.15 (turns) G/L with your purchase.
