I'm trying to restore an original Ultima and I would like to get some new modern aftermarket rims and tires. Something around 2.2 inches for the fromt and rear. Now the rear is not a problem because the hex is the common size for most tamiya and proline rims but the front. I'm lost. It's a 4mm shaft where most other are 5mm and I cant seem to find a 4x10mm bearing. Do I need to change the fromt axelesto something more common?
Thanks

Just a photo for example....maybe you can take a front axle to your local hobby shop and find something close? I'm sure you can get something in the ballpark that you can shim to fit the newer buggy rims.....
(Losi XXX-T below for example)
