My friend has has his t-maxx 3.3 for about a year and it started to get a problem with the engine!(no problem with me becuase I have a SAVAGE 25!). Everytime he takes off the glow plug and shows the piston it moves up and down when he stick in the easy start! Then when he puts the glow plug back on it seems to lose energy when he puts the e-z start in and tries to start it and after 2 seconds it dies out! After the 2 seconds it sounds like the piston doesn't move and we don't know what the problem is? Before we take it to a hobby shop and get it fixed for 20 does anyone know what the problem may be?

It *could* be flooded. Take the plug out, turn the car over on a rag, and spin the engine with the ez start for a couple seconds, put the plug back, and try again.

Bad one-way bearing (clean it), EZ-start motor going bad (clean it), battery in EZ-start handle going bad or (gasp) not charged.
