Painting metal with black chrome effect?

Hi guys, i have been given free reign to make my buds old ATX power supply into a usable power supply, but the plain jane gray that is on it makes it less than attractive. I want to give it a dark shiny metalic coat, so reflective you can see your self in it but also a dark color. any ideas?

can't you just use black enamel?, like the kind you can get at a hardware store that came in spray paint can.. it's just metal..

The picture does not do much justice to the actual color.
Use a black enamel on the surface and then do an over spray using the metalcast. It will look great.

That is a good idea, although I would like to paint the inside of the body and would like to keep with the lexan paint... I want to see my reflection in it.... like a mirror that is made using black glass....

that is pretty close to the color I want though...

outfitter, check website like bit-tech and other who are computer modding oriented...you will find some tutorial about painting.
