I have had mine for a while and the only thing I broke was a front left A-Arm. People say the arms break the most, but I only had that one break and I pust my car threw **** . I jumped off a 5 foot jump and didn't break anything, it the way it landed looked horrible, but it turned out ok.

The arms are the only parts that I know of that break. I have also bashed with mine. It is that idea of "rubbing is racing". I broke the left rear , but did not notice it until I was done for the day. Titanium hinge pins would be nice if you can find them. The part I broke was graphite.

during races I have broken arms, carriers, and pivot arms, front and back. Mainly I hit the wall way to much, so I can't really blame the car.

I agree, the arms can break if you hit enough barriers(I've done it my share of times), but that's most of it. However, if you use the front one-way diff, then you can also see some CVD's break when you hit stuff. It's because of the way the one-way works, if you hit something using a normal diff the diff will slip, absorbing the impact energy. But with the one-way, it will not give at all, so that energy has to go somewhere, & can break the first weak link it goes to(usually the CVD's, even the blue aluminum ones), & if you use Shiny CVD's(the hardened steel ones), then you might end up breaking the main driveshaft. Those of us who use the one-way a lot usually keep a supply of composite CVD's handy, it doesn't hurt your wallet so much when they break.... ;)

Every car is going to break A-arms when you hit stuff. I hear people talk about how fragile the TC-3 is, but I've never had any problems with mine. My buggy has had some issues with a-arms, but that's from "using too much wood" at the track. :D Stay off the pipes and you shouldn't have too many problems.

Anyone know whether or not the car would be too fragile for rallying?

A few guys race TC3 Rally cars at my track and they seem to do fine and they don't break often.
