Why? I have a friend who has a shell painted by him, abd the paint has outlastd the body. Thats part of the fun of RC take a really cool shell and go race or bash with it (best of all it's a one of a kind, unless someone else copies your paint).

Because I'll probably never spend $65 on a body (or atleast I'm not in a hurry to) and I'm the farthest thing from an artist. This body was actually an Xmas gift.
As far as bashing my RC, the stock bodies suit me just fine.
