Its a great torquey motor and comes in a dyno tuned version as well.

I would choose the Team Orion Chrome "Plus" version. It comes with the dyno printout, and pre-broken in with high quality brushes(pretty much, they are reedy 767 brushes).

The Orion will ultimately last longer, especially the can. The Chrome uses the same can as a mod, that includes the magnets. Need I say more?

ok....both the P2K and Chrome Stock R really torquey motors. So U must gear them a bit higher than normal to get good performance. Either motor U decide it should do quite well. If U want to tune yourself, any P2K or Chrome will do but if U want a direct bolt in go for the plus version or pro version whatever and get the one with the best dyno sheet. look at WATTS more than anything cuz watts = power remember. If one P2K has 26000 RPM but has 131 watts and another has 30000 but has 125 watts go for da first one. If U can though..try getting one of the Fantom tuned ones cuz they R insane.

i'd have to say the P2K pro cuz the dyno tuning is great and it is pre-broken in. if you wanna go reedy i would go with the Reedy MVP. its a great motor except the magnets tend to come loose and you cant turn the armature at all. happened to mine and i picked up a P2K pro and love it!

off road buggy??

normally i would use a GM-3 in buggy.... but it seems the latest batches of them have been going up in flames lately... LOL... so i would probably wait a few weeks and pick up a Fantom P-2-k "2" Team Edition..

for stock truck though, one of my favorate motors is the Orion Chrome stock.... the torque it puts out, and it's overall powerband really suits my driving style in that class....

peace out.... :)
