Possible hop-ups for a tamiya(Bydenso and JAnderson.......i need advice!!)

I have a Wild Willy 2(tamiya) that is about a year old. ihave a Novak Roioster and a Trinity Speed Gems 2 Ruby motor. is there MIP CVDs for this car? i know i can get ahold of ones for Losi, Traxxas and Associated, but I don't know if there are ones in the Tamiya size. Also, Will the Proline Gladiator tires fit in the rear and Edge in the front with the rims that came with the car? If not, wich tires will fit and what size rims will i need? I also want to get a strong serco for the steering. What is a good Airtronics(or another model, just aslong as it wont fry my Z connector reciever) the steering Servo is currently an Airtronics 94102 that came with my rival sport. What size is the body, and will any oters fit?

Tamiya probably makes a universal set, look on e-hobbies, it should be there, if it is, it should also be easy to find.
