I have had the same packs over a year now and I want to know how long they should last. I run them almost 5 times a week and I can't really tell if they are loosing their kick(when they are new they seem to last a long time, do you get used to the run time or does it just get lower). they work fine for me now. How long do you guys keep you bateries before you relpace them? how long should they last?

I've been running my 2000 packs for about 6 years (twice a week, once a month). I have noticed a drop off in the performance over that time, but it's not a huge deal. As long as you treat your packs nice (only run once or twice a day, with time to cool) and discharge the packs can last quite a long time. Also, as long as you don't let them sit a really long time they will last for years. I have a 10+ year old pack that still works well. In general, unless you vent the cells, the packs will last as long as you can use them. They may not be the best for racing, but for bashing anything will work!

If you really have like 300+ cycles on those packs, they would likely be kinda tired by now. You could try doing a conditioning cycle on them charge/discharge completely several times, or get them zapped and/or rematched. But the best is probably to get new packs if your racing.
